Meet the Therapists
Wenlan (Kevin)
Chai
Kevin is the director of Lifestyle Physio. Since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2008, he has been studying and learning from world leading organisations such as FMS (Functional Movement System), PRI (Postural Restoration Institute), DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation), Movnat (Natural Movement), Pilates method and McKenzie method to integrate into physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
His main areas of expertise lies in:

• Strength and conditioning
• Dry needling and cupping therapy
• Clinical Pilates
Kevin is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Zonghan
Yang
Zonghan holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree (University of Melbourne) and Master’s in Sports Rehabilitation (Shanghai University of Sport).
Throughout his career, he has found his forte and passion in the field of neurological rehabilitation.
Zonghan’s areas of expertise are:
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
• Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation
• Arthritis management
• Pain management
• Falls prevention and balance enhancement
• Treating vertigo and dizziness
• Functional movement analysis
Zonghan loves empowering individuals to regain independence and promoting neurological health awareness.
He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Berenice
Wong
Berenice holds a Bachelor or Physiotherapy degree from the Univeristy of Otago. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in a variety of areas, in particular, women’s health.
Her main areas of expertise lies in:
• Incontinence
• Pre and postnatal care
• Pelvic pain
• Pregnancy-related pain
• Sexual health
On top of women’s health, she also enjoy assisting clients with musculoskeletal concerns, such as shoulder pain, neck pain, postural related injuries and injury prevention screening.
Berenice is fluent in English, Mandarin, Foo Chow and Malay.
Emily
Zhang
Emily is an experienced Allied Health Assistant (AHA). She works closely with our Physiotherapists, providing goal based therapy for clients. Emily is extremely caring, patient, thorough and compassionate when providing client care and when encouraging clients to complete Physiotherapist prescribed exercise and following through treatment plans. Emily is fluent in English, Mandarin and Korean.
